Thank you for shopping with Baddies Save Moolah! Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday between 7 AM – 4 PM EST.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Please allow up to 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. I am a one person team, juggling all aspects of the business. I really appreciate your understanding and patience!

  • Custom items may have a processing time of up to 10 business days.

Shipping Time

  • Shipping speeds vary by location, but most orders arrive within 2-5 business days after processing.

  • Shipping timelines may be impacted by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including returns, refused packages, or undeliverable packages.

Domestic Shipping Only

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Baddies Save Moolah is not responsible for incorrect shipping information that is input by the customer.

  • If you realize you entered an incorrect address, please email us immediately at [hello@baddiessavemoolah.com].

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order. In the event of a returned package due to an error on BSM's part, we will promptly re-ship at no cost to the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once your package has been marked Delivered by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package.

  • If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service directly to resolve the issue.

  • Baddies Save Moolah does not reimburse or replace packages that have been lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Refused or Returned Shipments

  • If you refuse delivery of your shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us.

  • This total will be deducted from your refund once we receive the returned package.
