Custom Orders

Custom-made items are made to order and may vary slightly from the images shown online.

Custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Products

We strive to ensure all products meet high-quality standards. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@baddiessavemoolah.com within 7 days of the delivery date (as indicated on the carrier’s tracking page).

If the product is deemed defective, we will promptly send out a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

We do not accept returns due to customer error, such as incorrect spelling, color choices, or sizing mistakes on custom orders.

Slight color variations, minor imperfections, and other small differences that naturally occur with handmade or custom items are not considered defects.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
